A few new things going on with ME !!

Well, first and foremost..the most exciting news I have to tell is that Megan Ayers Photography now has STUDIO LIGHTING !!! This means that I am now fully equipped to set up in the comfort of your own home or location of your choice and provide you with those studio style portrait sessions !!! Also with new lights came some new backdrops so I am very excited about that !!!

Second update on me is that I have been asked to set up and be the photographer for the Miss Winterfest Pageant that will take place February 20Th in Moorefield WV !! Anyone intrested in entering there child may contact Tonia Berg (304) 257-3397 ! I will be set up that day to take photos of the contestants for anyone intrested ! There will also be a Miss Photogenic award in which I will be the judge so I am very excited about that as well !!

And finally...I am very excited on a 60 day Fitness journey I am about to embark on....A fellow photographer friend of mine, Sheri of Bella Bambino Photography is putting on this awesome challenge for those wanting to put a little fitness into there life...and well, I think I am there !! These winter months are never good for me as I can't get out and be as active as I would like...so here is to the challenge, and the high hopes of great success !! :)

A mommy and daughter time photo shoot !!

This is my beautiful daughter Savanah....we had a wonderful mommy and daughter time taking photos in the snow !! She did a fabulous job and did just what I asked her to, and the end results where these fantastic photos of my amazing little lady !!

What is Boudoir you ask???? ........

{Boudoir{ [boo-dwahr]- noun~ a womans' bedroom or private sitting room.

What is Boudoir?

It is a classy photoshoot with a tasteful hint of sexiness. There can be many elements of your shoot--Fun, cute, sexy, flirty.....

Hair & Make-up?

All clients will be personally responsible for their own hair, make-up, manicures, pedicures..... (if you wax your eyebrows be sure to do that 24 hours in advance in order to avoid redness and puffiness in your photos). Make your eyes POP with fake eyelashes!!

Choose a Theme

Because you will want to place your photos into a book you may want to choose a theme and have props (simple props) ahead of time--I do not provide props or clothing!!

Nudity?



You don’t have to take your clothes off to be sexy. Clothed, partially clothed, & hinted nudity can all be sexy. I do not do full nudity.


Privacy?


Privacy is a concern due to the intimate nature of boudoir sessions. All boudoir images are kept in strict confidence and no images will be shown without permission from the client in writing. We use only professional labs and album companies that safeguard the privacy of our client’s images.



Where do we do the shoot?


All of these shoots are done in the comfort & privacy of your own home. Some clients may want to rent a nice hotel room (make sure the room has enough space for lighting and the manager knows what is going go--we may have to get a release from the hotel)


Tips for the morning of your shoot


Avoid heavy eating and foods that will make you appear bloated (but DO eat). Wear loose fitting clothing..tight fitting clothing can leave pressure marks on your skin.

Did I catch your eye??? Well GREAT !!! Yes...I am needing some inspiration, I am working on a sort of "New" Style for myself and I need some models for inspiration....so here is the deal !!!
